The microphone may be in the reverb mode. Quickly pressing the power button three times to switch to the original mode.

2. Cannot get this microphone connected?

If your phone is locked, the transmitter and the receiver may disconnect. If this happens, the green and red light on flashes on microphone. You can keep the microphone on, unplug the receiver and then re-plug into your phone.

3. Does receiver and microphone need charged?

Only the transmitter(the microphone) need charging. The receiver doesn't need to be charge.

4. Want to charge your phone when using the microphone?

Use your own charging cable connect to the receiver if you phone need charging during recording.

6. Does it work with iPhone 14/15/16/17?

Yes, the receiver is designed with USB C head, which means it can work with devices that is type c port, like iPhone 14/15/16/17 series and phones that are Adroid 6.0 systerm or above.

7. Does this mic require video recording on the phone,or can I use it for audio only through a different app?

This microphone not only works with the apps like recorder, camera on phone, but also works with apps TikTok, YouTube, phone camera for video recording or live streaming.

8. How to reduce noise in the background?

If you hold the head of the microphone, this may affect audio recording to cause noise. Please clip the microphone on the collar of your cloth or hold the body of the microphone.

9. Real-time monitoring does not work?

Please kindly insert USB-C earphones into the port of the microphone after the microphone is paired with the phone.

10. Microphone would not charge?

Microphone will has a steady red light on while charging, but if the microphone is in full battery power(full charge), it will not show the light on. If the microphone no light on while charging, it means the microphone is full power.
